How turnover is counted
Say you deposit RM100 and get a RM100 bonus with a 10x turnover requirement on the bonus. You'd need to place RM1,000 in valid bets before you can withdraw the bonus and its winnings.

Bonus terms, in plain words
Turnover
Also called wagering or rollover. The total value of bets you need to place before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
Game contribution
How much of each bet counts toward turnover. At 50%, a RM10 bet adds RM5 to your progress.
Maximum bet
Some offers cap your stake per bet or spin while a bonus is active. Going over it can void the bonus.
Expiry
The time you have to claim an offer, or to complete its turnover once claimed.
Rebate
A share of your eligible turnover paid back on a regular schedule. Check whether the rebate credit has its own turnover.
Minimum odds
On sportsbook offers, bets below a stated odds level may not count toward turnover.
How to claim an offer
1. Read the offer
Note the turnover, the eligible games, the maximum bet and the expiry date.
2. Opt in first
Many offers must be selected at deposit or before your first bet. They usually can't be added later.
3. Play eligible games
Stick to games that count toward turnover, and stay under any maximum bet.
4. Track progress
Ask support for your remaining turnover if you can't find it in your account.
How a weekly rebate adds up

Common mistakes
- Playing excluded games and finding your turnover hasn't moved.

Should you take a bonus?

Can I withdraw a bonus straight away?

Why didn't my bets count toward turnover?
